Here is his HostPapa Green Hosting review:
I have been with HostPapa for well over a year now and just renewed my contract with them for another year. When I first started, I didn't like their customer service very much, the people behind the customer service wall seemed to be overloaded with questions and exhausted.
It appears that HostPapa has since been able to catch up with all of the support by hiring new people and getting our responses answered in a more timely fashion.
I am confident that HostPapa will continue to grow and grow their customer service along with it. They sure have taken a beating with negative reviews seen all over about their support.
I appreciate the green web hosting part of HostPapa as well. This is something newer and I'm glad the owners care about the environment. That says a lot.
Overall, HostPapa has been there for me, even when I've seen an outage, they appeared apologetic and cared for my concerns. Keep it up HostPapa.
