Here is her HostPapa Review:
I've been using HostPapa for a couple of years, and I've been very happy with them.
Their customer service is top-notch. For those complaining about their customer service, especially the one who asked "How do we move cPanel accounts", if you would stop asking stupid questions like that, perhaps they would have more time to answer questions that make sense.
Also, they have an amazing knowledgebase and video tutorials with sound. I almost ALWAYS find my answer by consulting them before contacting customer support. Those tools are created for your benefit. Use them!
Also, these budget hosts usually get inundated with newbie questions such as "how do I start creating my site?". This really hurts the service for everyone else. If you don't have the basic knowledge of site creation and hosting, don't sign up. Even though it's hosting at a budget price, it doesn't make it less complicated to get up and running with your own site.
Don't buy $5 hosting and expect the world handed to you. If you need a lot of hand holding, try a $20/mo host that will have more support available to assist you.
