Here is his HostPapa shared hosting review:
I would not recommend this company to host your site. Their customer service is lacking. Our site has been down several times and the majority of time when you call you will get the message that they are busy so leave a message.
This would be fine if they would actually call you back. I was told one time that our site would be back up in 2 hours. Fifteen hours later we were still down and no one had responded to my emails or phone calls. We have an e-commerce store and this cost us sales.
We did enjoy that they are a green host and loved the features, space, bandwidth, and unlimited domains. But we require better reliability so we were forced to move.
I think if you have a personal site, HostPapa is a great, cheap alternative.
