Here is his HostPapa Hosting review:
I first signed up with them because of the "green" thing. Renewable energy, etc. Sounded like the right thing to do. Promoting any green initiative is a good thing.
I only had BAD BAD BAD customer service. It's not that they are rude or anything. They just dont seem to care at all. It almost look like there is one guy doing sales/gral questions/cust service/tech support, and just change his name depending on what hat he is wearing that day.
Their servers seem to be heavily overloaded. My sites are fairly slow with the occasional outage that isn't notified to customers. If they weren't green, I'd give them a poor rating. At least they have that going for them....
